Non-delivery of goods:

If the goods are not delivered, IndianProducts.com.au will take action immediately after you have registered your query. If the dispute cannot be resolved, IndianProducts.com.au will refund your advance payment upon approval of your claim.

Return policy: Item must be returned within 14 Days after the receipt of the ordered items. Refund will be given as money back after deducting the shipping charges from the ordered amount. Return shipping charges has to be borne by the buyer.

Refund against cancelled orders:

For all the approved cancellation and refund,an amount of 10% will be deducted from the order amound as cancellation / refund fees.

Partial-Refunds:

In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not done for certain items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or services.
